I’ve found the balance between enough meal prep to set up our week for success, without feeling like my whole Sunday is being spent cooking food. 

I love this busy, active life with kids and I don’t want to miss out on any of the fun.

Still, nutrition is incredibly important to me and my health – hello busy mom life – and it’s also very important to me that my kids are well fueled too. We all show up as our best selves when we aren’t hangry.

I’m an active, working, busy mom of two who gets hangry when I skip a meal, who cooks 98% of our meals from home and who refuses to miss out on fun family activities just to meal prep.

FAQs

  • The meal plans will include ideas for specific substitutions and there will be additional recipes included to account for dietary considerations. Whether vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free or gluten-free, all of the recipes will work with your diet.

  • Meal plans and grocery lists will be set out on Friday morning to ensure you have time to grocery shop on the weekend and plan ahead for your week.

  • Each weekly meal plan comes with a complete grocery list itemized into categories to make shopping easy and efficient.

    You can cross off items that you already have at home before heading to the store so you know exactly what you need.

  • Each recipe states how many servings it makes. These recipes can be scaled up or scaled down based on how many people you are cooking for.

    If you choose to make additional servings, you can use this as leftovers later in the week or freeze these dishes for after the program.

  • We get started on Sunday April 14th. You’ll receive your first meal plan on Saturday April 13th to help you plan ahead.
